This was made using resin rhinestones.

Each rhinestone is carefully hand placed and adhered with a high quality glue, but extra rhinestones will be included just in case! 

Price reflects the use of resin rhinestones. I’ve since started  exclusively using glass rhinestones (which are much pricier), so any future Bulbasaur will be at a higher price point. Get this low price while you can!!!
